Each initiative<br \/>is designed to promote intergenerational leadership, inclusive governance, and sustainable movement-building.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25acc75 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"25acc75\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88ff428 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"88ff428\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Through this program, DIWA has trained and mentored hundreds of women leaders across 22 African countries, empowering them<br>to take up leadership roles, participate in regional advocacy processes, and influence policies that promote equality and justice.<\/p>\n<div class=\"highlight-box\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><strong>The Capacity Development Program aligns with DIWA\u2019s Strategic Plan 2024\u20132029, focusing on three key priorities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership and Governance Training \u2013 building strong, ethical, and inclusive leaders within DIWA\u2019s membership and partner networks.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational Strengthening\u2014enhancing institutional effectiveness, governance, and resource mobilization capacity of national organizations of women with disabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Intergenerational Mentorship and Learning\u2014Fostering collaboration between emerging young women leaders and experienced advocates to ensure continuity and sustainability of the movement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">This program is implemented through collaboration with strategic partners, including the African Disability Forum (ADF).<br>UN Trust Fund,&nbsp;COVAW,&nbsp;Sonke Gender Justice, and&nbsp;Inclusion Africa,<br>ensuring that capacity development is context-driven, inclusive, and grounded in lived experience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Capacity Building &amp;
